How long played hockey – 15yrs, god that makes me sound old
Best Hockey moment – Tough one this but I’ve chosen a recent one that doesn’t actually involve me playing. Last year In my first season as coach of Greenhead College, We hardly lost a game, won the league with games to spare and both the girls and mixed teams played some amazing hockey I was proud to be a part of. The crowning moment was taking the girls team to the national championships and beating the clear favourites from Wales. We didn’t just beat them but played them off the pitch. It was fantastic to see them lift the trophy and think; I had a hand in that!!
Make of stick – Dita
Expectations for coming season – Plain and simple….PROMOTION
Other non hockey interests - Anything to do with the outdoors. I love sea kayaking and climbing, snowboarding, taking off for the weekend in the campervan. For down time I love nothing more than curling up with a good history book and listening to some opera (this will come as a shock to some of my team)
